At AL Interior Design LLC, we provide comprehensive project management services for renovations and design projects, ensuring a seamless experience from concept to final execution.

Our team includes all the necessary professionals to bring your vision to life—architects, contractors, designers, and more—working together to deliver exceptional results. We manage every detail, so you can enjoy a stress-free journey to your dream space.

FIRST CALL- $250.00

The First Call is the initial conversation with a prospective client where we generally allocate 1:30 hours to discuss the scope of the potential project. We will walk through your residence or commercial space, discussing your needs and expectations. I'll make on-site observations, take photos of the spaces, and create a report with illustrative photos for our initial discussion. Based on this initial assessment, we can then make recommendations on the best service package that suits their needs.

If the client chooses any of the packages with AL Interior Design LLC, this fee will be deducted from the full fees of the service selected.

DESIGN CONSULTATION FEE - $250.00/hour or DESIGN PACKAGE CONSULTATION

Per hour services. We would discuss general aspects of the project, providing high level guidance and ideas so the clients may plan and execute their work. It may include in site visits if the client chooses so, discuss or provide guidance to third parties or assist client when selecting pieces, taking measurements, or any other work done in assistance of the client’s work.

We would provide a report after each meeting including notes with the discussions, including reference material (links and pictures) discussed during the meetings generally within 15 days after our services are hired.

PROJECT BY ROOM - PRICE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS

We would provide plans and designs for each space within the scope of the work, based on previous discussions with client and contractor, local measurement, suggestions of pieces and items for the space, finishing and paint schemes, within a certain provided budget for each space.

Shop list with links for all your material for that space (clickable shoplist)

INTERIOR DESIGN COMPLETE PROJECT - PRICE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS

A complete package where the client has full support in the whole process or a renovation or construction. We would provide a complete project for all the spaces within the scope of the project and based upon discussions with client, including personalized interior design summary for the space planning, design concept, and layout on the design board with links to overall items for all spaces of your residence. Selection of hard finishes such as tile, sink, toilet, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, wall covering, cabinetry; and accessories. Detailed explanation of each piece selected will be provided along with an itemized budget describing each piece for purchase.

Design Board for each space

Fabrics and finishing in general
Personalized shopping list with links for each suggested item (clickble shoplist)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project management includes assistance by AL Interior Design LLC in the execution of the renovation or construction, with in person visits in order to review and assist the work done by contractors and third parties.

Project management includes:

Local visits to provide guidance to contractors and third parties
Accompanying client when shopping for items related to the project
Receiving shipments of items in connection with the Project (pre-scheduled)
Referrals and contractors’ services

* Visits are conducted on regular business hours, as required by the work and within the client’s schedule. Weekend visits may be scheduled when required and upon agreement with client.
